Informal Letter – by Mishka

Dear Mihudha,

SURPRISE! You’re shocked that I’m sending this letter from Male’ right?  Guess what?! I’m back!!! I can’t believe its’ been so long since we’ve had fun here.  It feels good to be back but it also feels overwhelming that a lot of things have changed. That too, within three years.

There are so many buildings and so many which are being constructed as well.  Before I left people were only talking about constructing and now it has actually happened.  And I see Starbucks, Baskin Robbins and a KFC restaurant. How awesome is that?! More importantly it feels amazing to be walking on the sandy beaches with warm breeze and experience the relaxing touch of the sea.

I’ve been just trying to settle down here for the past three days and I’m spending time with my family this week. I think I’ll find a suitable job for me to work but before that I want to take a break and have fun  for a while after all the studying .Tell me when you’re free alright?
