Art Exhibition

A report on Art Exhibition

Introduction

This year’s annual art exhibition was held from the 28th of June to the 1st of July. Participants were given a month in advance to prepare the artwork. The judges allowed the participants to use any type of medium to make their art. By the 25th of June, the top 30 art pieces were selected to be showcased in the art exhibition.

The setting

The art exhibition was held in the auditorium at Ghiyasuddin international school. The spacious area allowed parents and children to visit and take a look at all the artworks. Students at Ghiyasuddin also helped with the design of the event. A week prior, the students hung white drapes over the rafters to give a museumesque look.

Special guests

Furthermore, two special guests came to the event to award the winner. The guests were the principal of Ghiyasuddin International School and the youth minister .

Conclusion

In conclusion, the event garnered a lot of publicity. Overall, it was a success, and they plan on revisiting it in 2025 as well.
