One of the grandest events of this year was the Student Achievement Ceremony (SAAC) which was held on two nights: 18th August 2017 for the Juniors and 19th August 2017 for the Seniors respectively. The first night was graced by the former Foreign Minister, Ms. Dunya Maumoon and the second night by the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Ahmed Sareer. It was also an honour that First Lady, Madam Fathimath Ibrahim also attended this ceremony.

Students of grade 5 went on a field trip to Villingili – well-known as the 'Green Island', on Thursday, 20th July 2017. The trip was organized by the English department which was focused on integrated learning based on the theme ‘Planet Earth’. Activities under the different subjects were incorporated and conducted interactively.
