Exposure trip to Delhi

Each year students of grade 9 are given the opportunity to go on an exposure trip to Delhi, India. This year 13 students, accompanied by Key Activity Coordinator Ms. Muna and Academic Coordinator Ms. Sobira,  left to Delhi on the 9th of September. They will return on the 16th of September.

The objectives of this trip is to provide educational enrichment for students by developing their linguistic skills and introducing them to a different educational philosophy, environment and curriculum, develop cultural awareness and understanding among students in the school environment and also to promote international understanding and cooperation. 

On this year’s trip, student visited the Taj Mahal, Kingdom of Dreams, The Pratapgarh Farm, to name a few. Apart from participating in two workshops, they also visited a school and participated in different activities of the school.

These trips are usually arranged during the midterm holidays so that students will not miss any contact time in school. The students keep a journal throughout the trip and they are expected to share their experiences with the other students in the form of a presentation, in their special assembly time.
