GIS Staff Awarding & Teachers’ Dinner Night 2018

GIS held a special function to award the staff with various staff awards introduced in the year 2017. This year even, the awards were presented at the Teachers' Day dinner held on 4th October 2018 at Ghiyasuddin International School. At this function, the 100% attendance certificates and certificates for winners of GIS Year Book and Staff Award designing competition were given by PTA Vice President Ms. Aishath Ibna. And the Awards were given by Principal Mr. Thoha Saleem. The staff were also entertained by some performances presented by the school senior management, members of PTA and PTA ExCo and by Habey Boduberu group.
The Awards consists of 3 categories
The Public Choice Award consist of four awards.
GIS Educator Award,
GIS Friend Award,
GIS Smiley Award
And GIS All Rounder Award.
All staff except the Principal, Deputy Principals, HR Head and Administrator are eligible for this award. The award is selected based on popular vote from GIS staff.
Jury's Choice Awards are selected by a panel from the Senior Management Team. All staff except the Principal, Deputy Principals, HR Head and Administrator are eligible for this award. Jury's Choice Awards consist of
GIS Energy Award,
GIS Debut Award,
GIS Customer Service Award,
GIS Unsung Award,
GIS Innovation Award,
And GIS Support Award.
The third category, Principal's Choice Awards are selected by the Principal from all staff of the school. The awards in this category are

And GIS Brand Ambassador Award.
