Welcome to “Japan Shotokan Karate Association of Maldives”, JSKA is an International organization training Self Defense through Shotokan Karate, now entering fifth year at Ghiyasuddin International School. Students are grading by international affiliated diploma Certificates.  Learning “Shotokan” karate is lots of fun.Students are Learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones, karate helps to increase fitness levels, confidence and self-esteem. We will be teaching kids self-defense techniques through Shotokan karate along with working on your kid’s fitness level which includes building their strength, flexibility and stamina. JSKA develops and improves mental toughness and resilience and helps to improve aerobics and anaerobic conditioning.

We are having branches in 10 Countries (please refer the link) http://www.jskaindia.com/ , Its running Successfully with three instructors, It is also challenging. Learning and enjoying karate works best when everyone agrees to Kihon (basic karate manners), Kata Team Kata (Fighting Sequences with two and more peoples), kumite (Sparring and Self Defense). Weekly 3 hours as per choice of kid’s availability all week days from 13.45 to 14.45 hrs. or 17.45 to 1900 hrs., Students are given time for their magrib prayer in school Mosque. Monthly fee is MVR 400/-. We are conducting Yearly 4 colour Belt Grading (2 Test + 2 Retest). I request that parents and children discuss this together.
