The week ends with the Sports Festival for the kids of Gr. 1, 2 & 3

GIS's very talented kids displayed their sport skills at the Sports Festival held today, 22nd October 2015 in the school hall. Students enjoyed performing all the sports activities arranged in the hall which were set up focusing on aspects such as stamina, endurance, coordination and agility. Different grades were given different times to complete the tasks while their parents enjoyed watching them run, roll, squat, jump or throw.
346 students from the three grades participated in the festival. Since GIS decided not to arrange sports events in the form of competitions, all students were given the chance to take part in all activities and thus they were awarded with participation certificates. The festival ended for each grade with an exciting drill performance from the students.
