GIS's Grade 3 football team swept away the Champion title – PLATE Round at Milo Kids Football Fiesta!

Milo Kids Football ' - Inter-school Football tournament was held for the students of Grade 2 & 3 from 15th to 18th February 2017. GIS's two teams also participated in this tournament and performed quite well.
The Grade 2 team played well but unfortunately did not reach the semi-finals. The Grade 3 team got through round 1 and played semi-finals; however, the other team won the semi-final match narrowly.
The tournament was structured in a way that the teams who did not reach to the finals played another set of matches called PLATES. Both grades played PLATE matches. Grade 2 did not reach the finals however our Gr. 3s swept away the Champion title of the PLATE matches and became the 2nd Runner-up of the tournament.
