GIS for the community

Yesterday (Saturday, 20.9.2025) GIS students took part in a cleaning event organised by Banyan Tree Maldives to mark World Coastal Clean up day. The event was conducted in Male' Industrial zone. A lot of plastic and garbage was collected from the area. We thank Banyan tree for inviting us to be part of this event. A huge round of applause to all the students and parents who volunteered in this event.
