Workshop on Customer Relations for the Staff of the School Administration Section
Under the Professional Development Programme, a workshop on ‘Customer Relations’ for the staff of the school administration section began on 15th February 2015 and will be continued until 25th of this month.
This eight days’ workshop is facilitated by Mr. Masood Ali Shakir, the Customer Service Manager of Dhiraagu.
The administrative staff of the school play a vital role in creating a positive image when facing and interacting with parents and other clients as and when they approach the school for various purposes. When our staff meet such acquaintances it is important for them to use their interpersonal and communication skills as positively as they can.
Therefore the prime objective of this workshop is to aid the staff with more techniques and first-hand knowledge about customer relations because GIS believe that by providing such opportunities, the staff would strengthen their skills to cater the needs of the parents more efficiently.
