Family Day is a special event GIS organises for the parents, grandparents and siblings of the Grade one kids every year. 

Family Day has gained special importance in the lives of the kids. It gives family members and their children a chance to celebrate the meaning of being a family and to spend quality time with their loved ones by participating in fun activities together.
This year’s Family Day was held on 22nd April 2015 to which all the parents, a lot of grandparents and siblings of our kids attended. A very special drill was displayed by the students of Grade One for their parents. The little ones also presented their parents a token of ‘love and care’. Afterwards, the families participated in fun activities and the event ended with everybody enjoying an evening tea.
All parents had interactive fun and games which allowed the members to share time together and strengthen teamwork within the family.
