GIS Performers amazed everyone again by their group performance of a series of national songs which were beautifully synchronized into one piece by the team’s coach Ms. Andhala Haleem and her mother Ms. Aishath Inaya.

It is not every day we see youngsters showing the love for the country; the singers sang out their voice for all who watched the competition, reminding that unity is strength and Maldives is one nation. The song our singers sang evoked the harmony in human nature and signified the peace among citizens.

In addition to this achievement our solo singers swept away with 2nd and 3rd places from the age categories. Hats off to these performers! On the whole, the entire team made the school proud by upholding the GIS name to lead by getting selected among the best five schools from the entire competition.

Such achievements could not have been possible without the hard work of the coaches: Ms. Andhala & Ms. Inaya, teachers and parents especially the teacher in-charge Ms. Latheefa and the Key Activity Coordinator Ms.  Moomina Ali Shakir. GIS wishes to thank the entire team.
