{flike}
GIS sets the stage for 21st Century learning this year with a flexible, adaptive environment that personalizes and expands learning environment for the students.
The trend BYOD has swept across countless institutions and universities abroad and GIS makes the country proud as it takes the lead to launch the pilot project of interactive learning in the Maldives.
Grade 5 classes were the first ones to hit the right button. It goes without saying how hands on technology is a compelling example of bringing the students together with a wealth of information. Students are looking forward to BYOD equipped classrooms. Learning and assessment tools were found to be highly motivating and challenging. Apart from learning with fun, they were also amazed to see their instant scores and feedback on the screen.
Besides being actively involved by gaining access to online learning tools and interactive resources, students will also be engaging with complementary materials online. Teachers have a challenging task of routinely upgrading enough resources so that all the students can access virtual learning environment and build a network that allows them to use online resources via personal devices.
