A  red carpet honour was given to the under 10 swimming team (female) for achieving first place from the 1st Kids Swimming Festival. A special assembly was held on 11th May 2016 to celebrate this achievement. Individual swimmers who also achieved various winning places were acknowledged at this function.

All students, staff and senior management welcomed the team as they walked   on the red carpet and their parents were also invited to witness the gathering. Our school captain Fathmath Fanaan Nizam 9A thanked and congratulated the students for bringing this success to the school. Parents were also thanked for supporting their children from the very beginning till the end of the competition. She specially thanked the coaches for their dedication and commitment in training the swimmers. In order to appreciate their valuable service the coaches were given a token of gratitude and Mr.Raffani who was the teacher in charge was also given a certificate of appreciation for handling the students during the competition.
Medals and trophies the swimmers achieved from this competition were handed to them at this assembly in order to share their success with the whole school.
Our Principal highlighted the tremendous effort all the swimmers have put to bring this success. With pride we share that swimmers have achieved 23 gold, 24 silver and 18 bronze medals from this competition.
