Highlights included a session on the transformative potential of AI in education led by Mr. Shareef, the implementation of the Leader In Me programme to foster leadership skills, OneDrive training for office staff to improve efficiency, and refreshing the 7 Habits for admin, HR, and support staff. Additionally, Ms. Shirmeena introduced innovative teaching techniques through the Play Method for Grades 1 to 2, Ms. Amany shared inclusive practice in mainstream classes for Grades 3 to 5, Ms. Irasha focused on building a positive school culture for Grades 6 & 7, and Ms. Nafla emphasized integrating career guidance into subjects for Grades 8 to 10.
The AI session laid a strong foundation for understanding AI’s applications in teaching, while the Leader In Me programme aims to nurture leadership skills among students, teachers, and parents. OneDrive training enhanced office staff's efficiency, and the 7 Habits sessions reinforced core principles of effectiveness for all staff. The Play Method session encouraged creative teaching for young students, the positive school culture session aimed to support student well-being, and the career guidance session helped teachers integrate career planning into their curriculum.
