Hulhumale' beach cleaning event by GIS
On Friday 20.5.2022 students, parents and staff of GIS cleaned Hulhumale phase 2 beach area near the Hiya flats. This activity was part of GIS' Community Service Program. A lot of plastic and other garbage was collected from the beach area. We would like to thank our students, parents and staff for their support in making this activity a success. Thank you MTCC for providing transport for our staff. Thank you Parley Maldives for contributing gloves and bags for the clean up. Thank you HDC for your cooperation.
Children's Day at GIS was an event filled with fun and laughter
Children's Day at GIS was an event filled with fun and laughter, the very essence of what it is to be a child.
The celebrations started with a Sweet Sunday gift followed by a Sporty Monday with fun games and a healthy snack.
On Children's Day, after an energetic show with Roboman and teachers' performances in the morning, students hopped n skipped into school in the evening for a fun filled Children's Day Fair with exciting games for everyone.
