{flike}

This week GIS Computer Department has initiated ‘The Hour of Code’ programme as a school event to promote love for computer science, and develop computational thinking in students of GIS. Learning to code and programming help to realize the fundamental skills for problem solving in students of all ages. It also teaches them how to think differently about any problem. All the students of grades four and above are participating in a one-hour of coding during the week and upon completing the task, they are awarded with a certificate which will be given at special assembly the following week.

GIS is a co-educational school catering to children between the ages of 6 and 16 years.
Our preparatory year as an international school began on a good note with a number of promising students and dedicated staff.
