Grade Two's Terrific Journey through First Term 2016
As part of academic events, the students and teachers of Grade two had their culminating activity for this term on Thursday, 26th May 2016.
CHILDREN’S DAY CARNIVAL!

A Carnival was held in GIS to celebrate Children’s Day, on the 10th of May. Students came to school at different times and took part in the activities in the stalls.
GIS takes the title from the 1st Kids Swimming Festival

A red carpet honour was given to the under 10 swimming team (female) for achieving first place from the 1st Kids Swimming Festival. A special assembly was held on 11th May 2016 to celebrate this achievement. Individual swimmers who also achieved various winning places were acknowledged at this function.
