The ABE fair organised by students of grades 8 &9, studying Accounting, Business Studies and Economics, was held on 5th August, in the school. It is their project work for the term.

The students and parents of the rest of the grades visited the stalls and bought the goods sold by the students and participated in the activities.

It was a successful event and the profit of the sales will be donated to a worthy cause.

Student Achievement Award (SAA) is a special event for all of us as we celebrate students' success from various competitions held at intra-school, inter-school, national, and international levels.

On 30th & 31st July and 1st August 2024, the SAA ceremony was held for different grades. Students and staff were delighted to welcome the parents to the function.

One of the highlights of the function was the theme song presented by the school choir and band. During every SAA ceremony, students try to share important information on pressing issues. This year also, through MCs' talks, short videos, and the theme song, students tried to spread awareness on the selected theme 'Clean and Green Land for a Sustainable Future'.

An amazing news about SAA is that ALL the students on GIS roll have achieved awards from different categories.

The creative staff and supportive parents have always played an essential role in everything the school does to promote holistic education, and therefore, GIS wishes to extend votes of gratitude to all parents.
